Kurichi Prabhakaran started government bus service to Machegavundampalayam that comes into operation after three years
Coimbatore: Coimbatore District Madukkarai Union Government bus was operated after three years to Machegavundampalayam.
Since the bus service was stopped 3 years ago, the public demanded to start bus service through "Ungal Thoguthiyil Stalin" scheme. After considering the request, the State Transport Corporation was ordered to start bus service to Machegavundampalayam.

Accordingly, the government bus service was started from Machegavundampalayam to Gandhipuram this morning. Coimbatore East District Responsibility Committee member Kurichi Prabhakaran attended and flagged off the government bus service.

The function was attended by Madukkarai Central Union Officer Rajendran, Union Councillor Masilamani State Transport Corporation Branch Manager Jayaprakash and many others. The people of Machegavundampalayam are happy that the bus service was launched after three years
