Disinfections inside and outside of houses to control spread of coronavirus in Tirupur.
Tirupur: The Government of Tamil Nadu is taking various measures to control the spread of coronavirus in Tamil Nadu.
Various preventive measures are being taken by various voluntary organizations in collaboration with the Government of Tamil Nadu. As part of this, a door-to-door disinfection scheme was introduced todayin Tirupur district to control coronavirus.

Tirupur South DMK MLA Selvaraj launched the project in KVR Nagar area. It was implemented by a private trust to spraying disinfectants on the outdoor areas of houses, shops and bus stops and field workers were given PPE kits and spraying equipment. Not only the Tirupur Corporation but the entire Tirupur district will be sprayed with disinfectant in all the houses within the next 11 months. Volunteers are also said to be carrying out the work.
