As part of this, a village awareness meeting was held on behalf of the Kinathukadavu Police yesterday at the Sikkalampalayam to promote good relations.
The meeting was chaired by Kinathukadavu Police Station Inspector, Senthilkumar and was attended by Sub-Inspector, Ganeshmurthy of the same police station in a concerted effort to create awareness among villagers.
The villagers were instructed on the importance of wearing masks, adhering to social distancing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus and to immediately report any suspicious activity in the villages to the police. The meeting also raised awareness among the villagers that they should cooperate with the police to prevent crimes in their villages.
