Coimbatore: Two persons have surrendered in Coimbatore court in connection with the murder of an auto driver in Kanchipuram.
Senthilkumar, 42, an auto driver, is from Pallavarmedu VOC, Kanchipuram. His brother Raghuvaran attacked and killed his son Narayanamurthy in 2012 by Sukumar from the same area. The case is under investigation and meanwhile Raghuvaran disappeared. Raghuvaran came to the city after hearing that his father Natarajan had died on the 25th.
Upon information, Sukumar went with a gang of eight people and threw a petrol bomb at Senthilkumar's house. When he tried to kill Raghuvaran, he ran away. When Senthilkumar stopped them, they stabbed him to death and escaped. Kanchipuram police were searching for the gang of eight. Of these, Prabhakaran, 30, and Satish Kumar, 23, surrendered in Coimbatore JM: 5 court yesterday. Magistrate Abdul Rahman ordered them jailed.
