The slogans raised were that the promises made during the DMK election had not been fulfilled and that they should be fulfilled.
Later, former Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman told reporters that the DMK had made many false promises during the election and that they would come to power when they came to power.
But he said DMK has deceived the TN people without fulfilling the promises made during elections.
