MLA Damodaran participates in AIADMK protests staged in Kinathukadavu against DMK government for not fulfilling election promises
Coimbatore: The AIADMK headquarters had announced urging its cadres to hold protests in front of AIADMK houses across Tamil Nadu, condemning the DMK government for not fulfilling its election promises. They alleged that the DMK had not cancelled NEET exams, did not grant the allowance of Rs. 1000 to women in the family which were part of its election promises, even though it had been three months since it took charge in Tamil Nadu. AIADMK workers protested in 61 places in Kinathukadavu constituency on Wednesday.

The protest was led by Kinathukadavu MLA S Damodaran in the RS Road area , with protesters chanting slogans condemning the DMK government. AIADMK executives including Kinathukadavu City Secretary Murthy, District Amma Peravai Council Treasurer, D L Singh, former City Secretary Manoharan, District Women's Team Secretary Kannammal, District MGR Council Deputy Secretary Lakshmanan, City Deputy Secretary Prabhu, Dhandapani and Marimuthu were present at the protest. 'Kabasura Kudineer' was given to the protesters at the end of the protest.
