The Health Department stated that there were no reports of Covid-19 infections in Kinathukadavu area on July 19.
Coimbatore: Since March, the number of Covid-19 cases that came in with the second wave left Kinnathukadavu in Coimbatore district reeling, as much as most parts of the state. The number of fresh Covid-19 cases began declining in the Kinathukadavu area gradually the past month, as a result of the control measures taken by the Health Department.
Only less than 10 cases have been confirmed as Covid-19 positive in the last few days. The Health Department announced that on July 19, there were nil Covid-19 cases in Kinathukadavu taluk. Thus far, 2022 out of the 2049 people affected by Covid-19 in the Kinnathukadavu area have recovered. The Health Department stated that only 18 people were presently being treated.
