Coimbatore: A special vaccination camp is being held for over 200 tribals living in 13 settlements in the dense forests of Valparai in Coimbatore district.
On the orders of the Director of Anaimalai Tiger Reserve, Arokiaraj Xavier, health officials are raising awareness through the Forest Department, in Poonatchi, Vellai Mudi, Nedunguram and Sangarankudi. A special vaccination camp is being held for tribals in Palakinaru and Paraman Kadavu. The first phase will aim to vaccinate 200 tribals.
