N. Sankarayya 100th Birthday Celebration in Coimbatore: MP Natarajan participates in celebrating a man who is a living history
Coimbatore: The centenary celebrations of freedom fighter and senior leader of the Marxist Party Comrade N. Sankaraiah were celebrated with uprising in Coimbatore. N. Sankarayya is the senior political leader who marked the centenary of Indian history. He spent eight years in prison and in hiding during the British rule and the revolt against capitalist atrocities in independent India. He expressed Marxism's philosophy of human liberation in his majestic voice to working people.N. Sankarayya, a senior leader of the Marxist Party, was one of the 32 founders of the party. July 15 is the 100th birthday of N. Sankarayya, a living historian.
Following this, the state committee of the party had announced that the birthday of Marxist party comradeN. Sankarayyawould be celebrated throughout Tamil Nadu throughout this year. As part of this, the Coimbatore District Parliamentarian of the Marxist Communist Party PR Natarajan presided over the function held in the Coimbatore Gandhipuram area on behalf of the Coimbatore District Committee of the Marxist Communist Party. State Committee Member C. Padmanabhan took the lead. Earlier the oath was taken in the name of Comrade N. Sankarayya. On this day they pledged to defend the nation they had fought for, to drive out the fascists, to defend national unity, to take the superiority of the Tamil language and its literature to the Tamil world in detail, to mobilize the working people and build a socialist world.
