Coimbatore: Three generations of one family have filed a petition with the Coimbatore District Collector alleging that the KMCH management has encroached on their land worth Rs.10 crores.

Ramaathal (75) of Coimbatore district, along with her three generation of heirs filed a petition with the Coimbatore District Collector on Wednesday.

She met the Coimbatore District Collector in person alleging that the management of KMCH was occupying 1.5 acres of her ancestral property and had occupied the land by preparing fake documents with the help of Government officials.

Speaking at the Collectorate, Ramaathal's grandson Karthik said, “The management of KMCH has occupied by fraudulent means many such places. No action has been taken though this has already been reported. The district administration should appoint a private judge to investigate this land abuse and restore people's rightful inheritance back to them."
