Coronavirus vaccination drive intensified for pregnant women at Kinathukadavu Nallattipalayam Primary Health Center near Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore District.
Coimbatore: Even as Covid-19 has been administered to youth over 18 years of age in Tamil Nadu, the Department of Health has announced that pregnant women can also be vaccinated against Covid-19.
Following this, pregnant women across Tamil Nadu have been getting their jabs since Wednesday. As part of this, pregnant women are being vaccinated at the Nallattipalayam Primary Health Center near Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district.
Pregnant women who visited the Nallattipalayam Primary Health Center for vaccination against Covid-19 were administered the jabs as per their choice since Wednesday.
Health officials stated that over 20 pregnant women have been vaccinated in the past two days.
