Acting on the petition received from the Coimbatore District Madukkarai Union, DMK Responsibility Committee Member Kurichi Prabhakaran urged District Revenue Officer to issue 'patta' to the underprivileged in Coimbatore Chettipalayam Municipality.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore District Madukkarai Union petitioned Coimbatore East District DMK Responsibility Committee Member Kurichi Prabhakar to issue 'patta' to the underprivileged who have been living for many years in the Orattukuppai area under the Chettipalayam Municipality.
After receiving the petition from the people, Kurichi Prabhakaran met the Coimbatore District Revenue Officer, Ramathurai Murugan on Thursday and submitted the petition, insisting that the 'patta' should be given to the downtrodden people living in the Orattukuppai area under the Chettipalayam municipality. The District Revenue Officer has assured that action will be taken to issue the 'patta' after conducting a proper inspection.
