Marxist Communist Party protest against rising fuel and cooking gas prices in Tirupur
Coimbatore: Even as petrol is being sold for more than Rs.100 in Tirupur amid rising fuel and cooking gas prices across the country, the Marxist Communist Party protested opposite the Tirupur Corporation office by garlanding cylinders as a sign of protest against sky-rocketing prices. The price of cooking gas has increased in the last few days to a little more than Rs. 850.
