Serial theft of motorcycles parked in front of houses: Police intensifies investigation in Coimbatore
Coimbatore: In the past few days the motorcycle parked on the doorstep of houses was being stolen. The public continues to lodge complaints with the police and the police are on lookout for the culprit.
Rakshita, wife of Abdul Rahman from Arul Nagar, Coimbatore had parked the scooter the night before in front of her house and went to sleep. In the morning she was shocked to find that the scooter was missing and lodged a complaint with the Big Bazaar Police. Similarly Aranganathan son of Solai from Kamarajapuram has lodged a complaint with the RS Puram police regarding bike that was parked in front of his house being stolen
Similarly, Manoj Kumar, son of Narayanan, of Rajaji Road, Ramnagar had parked the bike in front of his shop and went inside to drink water and when he came back he was shocked to find the bike missing. He has lodged a complaint with the police. Similarly, Nagendran son of Santhanadurai from Madampatti Palaniandavar Puthur area, parked his bike in the Trichy Road Government Hospital area and went to the hospital to see his sister. When he came out he was shocked to find that the bike was missing.
Racecourse Police have registered a case and are investigating the complaint lodged by him. Usharani, wife of Joseph from Rajiv Gandhi Nagar area of Amman Kulam has complained to the Ramanathapuram police that she could not find the scooter parked in front of her house. Also Kutty Raj, son of Karuppasamy from Ayyappa Nagar,Eachanariworks for an IT company in the same area. He has lodged a complaint with the Podanur police. Based on the complaint, police are searching for those who stole the missing bikes and scooters.
