Husband commits suicide by self-immolation after dispute with wife in Komangalam near Pollachi.
Coimbatore: Ramesh (30) is a driver from Komangalam Pudur area near Pollachi.Saranya (19) from the same area has been married for the last two months.
It is said that Saranya and her husband Ramesh had frequent family disputes. Ramesh poured petrol from a two-wheeler on himself and self-immolated last night. His relatives took him to hospital and died on the way to Pollachi Government Hospital. Upon information Komangalam Police seized the body and sent it to the Pollachi Government Hospital for autopsy.
Komangalam police have registered a case against Saranya and are investigating his wife Saranya and her relatives.
