District Collector praises doctors on Doctor's Day in Coimbatore
Coimbatore: Government Primary Health Centers are functioning in Valparai, Mudis and Sholayar Dam areas in Valparai, Coimbatore District.
Dr. Babu Lakshmanan who works as the Chief Doctor of the Regional Resource Center in the area, conducted Fever Testing Camps in the tribal areas of the Valparai city tea estates to control the Coronavirus during the second wave. He is also involved in various activities to eradicate Coronavirus from the Valparai area.
He is also actively involved in vaccinating the general public and the disabled in the Valparai tea plantation areas. Coimbatore District Collector Sameeran today presented a letter of appreciation to Dr. Babu Lakshmanan and his colleagues, Dr. Karthik and Dr. Manoj Prabhakar for their work. The public and social activists have appreciated the gesture on Doctor's Day.
