MLA S. Damodaran comforts owner after fire at coir factory in Muthukkavundanur
Coimbatore: A fire broke out at a coir factory owned by Kathirvelu in Muthukkavundanur near Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district yesterday afternoon. 50 lakh worth of machinery and coconut fibers were destroyed in the fire.
Kinathukadavu MLA S. Damodaran visited the coir factory where the fire broke out.
He later met the owner of the coir factory and comforted him.
