95 liquor bottles kept for for sale in a car confiscated near Pollachi Komangalam police takes action
Coimbatore: Komangalam Police were involved in a vehicle inspection at the Pollachi - Udumalai road near Anthiyur.
They inspected the car and found 95 bottles of liquor in it.
Investigation revealed that the driver was Sundarajan from Ponnapuram. He had gone to Dindigul district and brought bottles of liquor and sold them on the black market in the Pollachi area as liquor stores were closed in Coimbatore district.
Following this, the police confiscated the car and liquor and are investigating Sundarajan.
