Number of traders visiting Kinathukadavu vegetable market increases after two months - Farmers happy


Coimbatore: A complete lockdown was imposed in Tamil Nadu on May 10 due to the rising Covid-19 cases. But in Coimbatore district, the complete lockdown was extended.

Traders from various districts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu could not come to the Kinathukadavu vegetable market due to Covid-19 lockdown and the vegetables brought by the farmers could not be sold.



As lockdown eased in Coimbatore more traders came to the Kinathukadavu Vegetable Market today. Traders from Kerala, Coimbatore and Tirupur came to the Kinnathukadavu vegetable market todayto auction vegetables including tomatoes, green chillies and coriander brought by farmers.
