Man arrested for selling lottery tickets in Kinathukadavu


Coimbatore: Kinathukadavu Assistant Inspector Arul Prakash was on patrol at Chikkalampalayam near Kinathukadavu yesterday.

At that time, a 62-year-old man from Vellingiri was found selling lottery tickets banned by the government at the Chikkalampalayam bus stop. Police confiscated 22 lottery tickets and Rs. 1740 from him.

Kinathukadavu police have registered a case and are investigating.
