Vaccination for breastfeeding mothers and lepers held at Puravipalayam Primary Health Center near Pollachi.
Coimbatore: The Coronavirus Vaccine Center is functioning at Government Hospitals and Primary Health Centers in and around Pollachi Nagar.
About 100 to 200 people are vaccinated here daily. Health officials said, at the Puravipalayam Primary Health Center today, 35 people, including breastfeeding mothers and lepers, were vaccinated against coronavirus.
Vaccination camps were also held today at Pollachi Government Hospital, Vadugapalayam Primary Health Center and Nachimuthu Maternity Hospital. A large number of the public waited in line for a long time to be vaccinated.
