Revenue department collects ₹ 2.96 lakh in fines from 524 persons for non-compliance with corona prevention rules in Kinathukadavu


Coimbatore: Coronavirus Prevention Task Force set up in Kinathukadavu taluk of Coimbatore district with revenue inspector and village administration officers for coronavirus prevention activities.

Officers inspected to see if the public and businesses were following the coronavirus prevention regulations announced by the Tamil Nadu government.

So far in the Kinnathukadavu taluk, 498 people have been fined for walking around without wearing a mask and 524 people have been fined for not following the social distancing. Revenue Department said a fine of Rs. 2,96,000 has been collected from 524 persons in Kinathukadavu taluk.
