Valparai tea plantation workers donate Rs. 20,000 to CM's Public Relief Fund to fight Covid-19
Coimbatore: Tea estate workers in Valparai donated Rs. 20,000 to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund to combat the second wave of Covid-19.
The tea plantation workers belonging to Thaimudi NC section near Valparai in Coimbatore presented Rs. 20,000 for the Chief Minister's Covid-19 Relief Fund to Valparai Governor Rajan and Village Administrative Officer, Vijay Amttharaj.
The event was attended by the Tea Plantation Workers Welfare Representative, Sakadevan, DMK City Treasurer Selvam, Minority Wing Tenzing and DMK pioneer Jayaram.
