Nilgiris: A private charity, IMBA donated free Covid-19 relief supplies for patients in Coonoor Government Lawley Hospital. The Minister of Forests, K Ramachandran, presented a digital ECG machine and free blankets for 100 patients to the Chief Physician of the Government Lawley Hospital, Dr. Ramesh.
While the number of victims being hit by the second wave of Covid-19 in Tamil Nadu has increased, various voluntary organizations have been providing medical equipment to Government Hospitals during the pandemic.

State Treasurer Appu Chandrasekhar, Coonoor Veterinary Hospital Assistant Director Dr. Parthasarathy, Wasan Estate President Ravi Murugaya, DKC Raj, DMK Executive Committee member K. Selvam and many others were present on behalf of Imba.
