The Government of Tamil Nadu is taking various measures to reduce the coronavirus epidemic in Tamil Nadu. It is forcing all people to be vaccinated against corona. Vaccination is being carried out first for frontline workers, those over 45 years of age and then for those between 18 and 45 years of age. The Government is using Covaxin and Covishield as vaccines.

Special camps are being set up in the Valparai area under the leadership of Dr. Babu Lakshmanan of the Department of Health. The vaccination camp has been set up in two sections at the Boys' High School and is being held as a special camp for parents of the disabled and the disabled. The special camp, which is being held at the Men's High School in Valparai and Solaiyar Dam areas, was inspected by Coimbatore District Collector Sameeran and Deputy Collector, Health Department Inspectors.


He then inspected the newly set up oxygen production plant at Valparai Government Hospital. Petitions were received from transferees. The health department has requested the doctors that Valparai is a corona free taluka as soon as possible as the corona epidemic is low in Valparai area of Coimbatore district. The camp was attended by Valparai Governor Rajan, Health Ministry doctor Babu Lakshmanan, Valparai Municipal Commissioner Suresh Kumar, government employees and DMK functionaries.
