Oxygen concentrators were donated to Tirupur District Government General Hospital on behalf of District Police by Minister of State for Information
Tirupur: 10 oxygen cylinders capable of concentrating 5 liters of oxygen per minute was donated on behalf of Tirupur District Police to Tirupur District Government General Hospital in an event held at Tirupur District Superintendent of Police Office on behalf of the District Superintendent of Police.
The oxygen cylinders donated on behalf of the district police department were handed over to the district administration by the Minister for Information & Publicity P. Saminathan. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that Tirupur district would soon become a coronavirus free district and that all the guidelines of the health department, including wearing face masks and following social distancing should be duly followed.
Coimbatore Zonal Police Chief Sudhakar, District Collector Vineeth and District Superintendent of Police Sasang Sai were also present on the occasion.
