Coimbatore: DMK's Kurichi Prabhakaran has urged the District Health Associate Director to set up an additional vaccination center in Kinathukadavu constituency as a precautionary measure against Covid-19.

Coimbatore East District DMK Responsibility Committee member Kurichi Prabhakaran called on Senthilkumar, Deputy Director, Coimbatore District Health Department on Wednesday and petitioned him to set up an additional vaccination center in Kinathukadavu constituency.
"Additional vaccination centers should be set up at Sundarapuram, Eachanari, Madukkarai, Malumichampatti, Ettimadai and Theethipalayam in the Kinathukadavu block. In addition, additional vaccinations should be provided to vaccination centers in Vellalore, Chettipalayam and Myleripalayam areas,” stated the petition.

Senthilkumar, the Deputy Director of the District Health Department who received the petition assured Kurichi Prabhakaran that the demands will be met soon.
