Work is underway to provide relief items along with relief money to 2,32,589 family card holders at 389 ration shops in Pollachi.
Coimbatore: Chief Minister MK Stalin had announced that coronavirus relief of Rs 4,000 would be provided to family card holders in Tamil Nadu. Based on that, the first installment of Rs. 2000 was given last month. Following this, it was announced that a package of 14 types of groceries including lentils, sugar and wheat flour will be provided along with the second installment of Rs. 2,000 from today.

Work is underway to provide relief items along with relief money to 2,32,589 family card holders at 389 ration shops in Pollachi area. While tokens have already been issued in all stores to avoid crowding, based on which the public stands following social distancing to pick up items.
