'Coimbatore needs cooperation of people to become a Covid-free district:' Minister R Sakkarapani in Kinathukadavu
Coimbatore: An event was held to distribute Covid relief packages that contained 14 different grocery items to family card holders at Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district at the premises of Government Girls High School.
Speaking on the occasion, Food and Civil Supply Minister R Sakkarapani said, 'The co-operation of the people is required to make Coimbatore a Coronavirus-free district soon. Therefore, it is mandatory to follow the rules of Covid prevention such as wearing masks, frequent hand washing and adhering to social distancing.'

Minister R Sakkarapani also said that the relief money and groceries would be available at ration shops in Coimbatore district till the end of June.
