Free vegetable distribution program on behalf of CPI(M) in Coimbatore
Coimbatore: An event was held this morning on behalf of the Sivanandapuram Marxist Communist Party branch in Coimbatore to distribute free vegetable packages to 1000 families affected by the curfew.
The event was organized by Coimbatore MP P. R. Natarajan. The event was attended by Marxist Communist Party District Secretary V. Ramamurthy, SS Kulam Union Secretary R. Gopal, Union Committee Members Shanmugasundaram, Senthilkumar, Office Bearer Mani, DMK Divisional Secretary Siva (A) Palanisamy and District Secretary. Members of the Marxist Communist Party had arranged for the vegetables to reach the homes of the public by vehicle.
The event was coordinated by the members of the 2nd branch of the Sivanandapuram of the Marxist Communist Party under the leadership of Branch Secretary Jayakanthan.
