Rs. 2.72 lakhs collected from 608 persons for violating coronavirus prevention rules in Kinathukadavu taluk - Revenue department
Coimbatore: Coronavirus Prevention Task Force is set up in Kinathukadavu taluk of Coimbatore district with revenue inspector and village administration officers for coronavirus prevention activities
The task force was inspecting to ensure that the public and industry complied with the coronavirus prevention regulations announced by the Tamil Nadu government. So far in the Kinnathukadavu taluk, the police have fined a total of 608 people with 422 people for not wearing masks and 156 people for not following social distancing.
Revenue Department said fines of Rs. 2,72,000 rupees have been collected from 608 persons in Kinathukadavu taluk.
