Congressmen protest in Kinathukadavu over petrol and diesel price hike
Coimbatore: The All India Congress Party has decided to stage protests across the country condemning the increase in petrol, diesel and cooking cylinder prices and the central government for not controlling the rise in prices.
As part of this, a protest was held today on behalf of the Kinathukadavu Regional Congress Party in front of the petrol bunk near the Kinathukkadavu check post condemning the increase in petrol and diesel prices.
Slogans were raised condemning the increase in petrol and diesel prices during the protest led by Kinathukadavu area leader Vidyasagar. Coimbatore South District Congress Committee Deputy Chairman Gopalakrishnan, Kinathukadavu Mayor Senthilkumar, Agriculture Team Leader Rathinasamy, City Treasurer Jagadeesan and many others participated in the protest.
