Kirtilals donate 20 oxygen concentrators and 10,000 health care kits to Gandhipuram Health Care Centre


Coimbatore: Kirtilals, India’s premium diamond and gold jewellery brand which has been a trustworthy name for over 80 years has donated oxygen concentrators and various medical equipment as part of its initiative to help Covid-19 patients.



Suraj Shantakumar, Director, Kirtilals handed over 20 oxygen concentrators and 10,000 health care kits to Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner P Kumaravel Pandian to be handed over to Gandhipuram Health Care Centre.

Apart from this, the company has distributed an immunity boosting kit along with preventive medicines to over 10,000 families in different villages. The company has also contributed medical requirements to Primary Health Care Centres across South India. Kirtilals have also donated more than 3,000 packets of healthy millet foods at different locations in the city. The company has also actively participated in creating specialty wards in hospitals and engaged with the education field by creating a state-of-art 1,000 seater Convention Centre at Bharathiyar University.

Kirtilals and their employees are known in the city for participating in various social development projects including women empowerment. They have now joined hands with the Government and larger public in serving the society during the current pandemic situation.
