Tamil Nadu e-registration: How to apply for e-registration - A step by step guide

Coimbatore: Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make an e-registration for travel during the lockdown. The Tamil Nadu government has extended the lockdown until 14.

Some relaxations have been reported in some districts with low rates of infection. However in 11 districts including Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Karur, Namakkal, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam and Mayiladuthurai relaxations were not implemented.

In cities like Chennai, e-registration is required to travel from one police border to another. Violators of the lockdown will be severely punished, police said.
