District Collector Nagarajan inspected the coronavirus ward for 3 hours in Coimbatore
Coimbatore: District Collector Nagarajan sat in the GH for more than three hours and monitored the activities of the staff. This incident has caused a stir near the Coronavirus ward of Coimbatore Government Hospital.
Coimbatore has recorded the highest number of Covid-19 cases in Tamil Nadu for more than a week now. The Government of Tamil Nadu is taking serious measures to control the coronavirus in Tamil Nadu. Coimbatore District Collector Nagarajan, Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian, IAS officers Siddique and Veeragavarao have been appointed to bring the pandemic under control, especially in the Coimbatore district.
IAS officers are monitoring the situation in centres and accelerating measures to prevent coronavirus infection. As part of this, District Collector Nagarajan visited the Coronavirus Ward of the Coimbatore Government Medical College Hospital at 5 pm yesterdayand inspected the oxygen bed facilities there.
