Corporation Commissioner inspects coronavirus prevention activities in the North and Central Zones
Coimbatore: Corporation Commissioner of Coimbatore conducted an inspection on the ongoing coronavirus prevention activities in the north and central regions of Coimbatore.
Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner and Special Officer inspected North Zone Ward No.1 Thudiyalur Corporation Middle School and also the coronavirus vaccination for the public. He also inspected Saravanampatti Corporation Primary School to witness the ongoing coronavirus vaccination campaign for the public and advised the public to follow social distancing and get vaccinated. The Corporation Commissioner inquired whether the vegetables were delivered to the public living in the Shasta apartment at Chinnavedampatti Road, North Zone, Ward No. 27 inChinnavedampatti.
He enquired the health workers who went door to door on Shastri Road, Ratnapuri, Central Zone, Ward No. 49, Coimbatore Corporation and provided information to them on the methods of diagnosing colds, flu, oxygen detection by pulse oximeter, methods of detecting body temperature using thermometer. He was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Mahesh Kanakaraj, North Zone, Zonal Health Officers, Health Inspectors, Health Supervisors and Corporation Officers during the inspection.
