The Nilgiris: Minister of Forests K. Ramachandran launched a toll free telephone number to assist women, the elderly, the disabled and migrant workers at a function held at the Ooty Government Guest House.
He also provided a nutrition kit for children and mothers who had been completely cured of a coronavirus infection and a medical kit for home-isolated individuals.
The event was attended by many including District Collector Innocent Divya and Deputy Legislative Assembly member Ganesh.
