Coronavirus cases in Kinathukadavu drops to 23 per day: Health Department
Coimbatore: In the past few weeks, owing to the spike in cases brought on by the second wave of Covid-19 in Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district since last February, the Health Department intensified preventive drives by conducting covid examinations through medical camps in the area.
In the last few days, Covid-19 infections in Kinathukadavu area has declined due to the imposition of complete lockdown by the local administration which also created awareness on how to prevent Coronavirus infections from spreading.
Health officials report that only 23 people have been confirmed to be infected with Coronavirus on Thursday which is comparatively low to the rate of infections in the past few days. The total number of people affected by the second wave of Coronavirus in the Kinathukadavu area stands at 1,587.
