Coronavirus Special Treatment Centers in Coimbatore set up by Park Education Group inaugurated by Minister R Sakkarapani
Coimbatore: Park Education Group which has been providing educational services in Coimbatore, Tirupur and Chennai for over 50 years has set aside its premises for Coronavirus Specialized Treatment Centers during the pandemic.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Park Education Board, Anusha Ravi said that enough space has been set aside for special treatment centers at their college campuses in Karumathampatti for people who are suffering from Covid-19 but do not have adequate facilities to seek treatment in isolation.
Yesterday, a 350-bed treatment center was set up at the Tamil Nadu Engineering College campus in Karumathampatti. R Sakkarapani, Minister of Food and Civil Supply inaugurated the premises. The College Principal, Dr. P V Ravi and Chief Executive Officer Anusha Ravi attended the event. The doctor said Anusha Ravi has set up the centre for the benefit of the people of Kaniyur Municipality and Madhapur Panchayat with two 30-bed centers for the benefit of the people at the Kaniyur Park Global School (CBSE) campus.
