Kalaignar Karunanidhi's 98th Birthday Celebration - Food distributed to the poor on behalf of DMK in Kurichi area under Kinathukadavu constituency
Coimbatore: DMK is celebrating the 98th birthday of the late former Chief Minister ‘Kalaignar’ Karunanidhi by providing welfare assistance throughout Tamil Nadu.
As a part of this, the birthday party was celebrated in the 98th circle of Kurichi area under Kinathukadavu constituency under the arrangement of E. Nisar Ahmed, a member of the South Area Committee.
DMK members including District Committee member Kurichi Prabhakaran paid floral tributes to Kalaignar's portrait.
Then the cake was cut and the DMK flag was hoisted and food was given to the poor and needy.
The function was attended by R. Karthikeyan, Circle Head, Kurichi South, and many others.
