Corporation Commissioner inspects the ongoing coronavirus prevention activities in North Zone of Coimbatore
Coimbatore: In the North Zone, Coimbatore Corporation, Ward No. 44, Kavundampalayam, Srinivasa Nagar, health workers went door-to-door to provide information to the public on the task of diagnosing colds, flu, oxygen detection by pulse oxygen, and body temperature using thermometer. They were then asked to observe and inspect the ongoing oxygen level detection work for the public with a pulse oximeter.

He then inspected the North Zone Ward no. 1 and the public who had come to the Thudiyalur Urban Primary Health Center to be vaccinated against coronavirus were asked to stand in line and be vaccinated following adequate social distancing.

Later, the corporation commissioner P. Kumaravel Pandian said that the public should not be allowed to congregate with the vegetable sellers in the trolley in the Manis Nagar area of Thudiyalur, and the public should be advised to wear face masks when buying vegetables and to observe adequate social distancing.
During the inspection, Zonal Engineer Senthil Bhaskar was accompanied by Health Inspectors, Health Supervisors and Corporation Officers.
