MP Shanmugasundaram inaugurates works to set up an oxygen center in Valparai at a cost of Rs. 32 lakh
Coimbatore: Coronavirus is on the rise in Valparai, Coimbatore district. To control this, the Valparai Government Arts College Coronavirus Treatment Center was started with 150 beds.

The work of setting up an oxygen production center at Valparai Government Hospital to alleviate the oxygen shortage was started today with the donation of 32 lakh rupees by volunteers, estate owners, businessmen and others.
Member of Parliament Shanmugasundaram inaugurated by lighting a lamp and South District Officer Thenral Selvaraj, Valparai Treasurer Palpandi, former mayor Kozhikadai Ganesan, trade wing J Bhaskar, Magudeeswaran, Senthil and Sudhakar were present.
