Coimbatore administered highest number of vaccinations only in the last 10 days since our government took over - Chief Minister MK Stalin
Coimbatore: In an interview in Coimbatore, Chief Minister MK Stalin said, "We are working not only for the people who voted for us but also for the people who did not vote for us. Our job will be to make people who did not vote for us feel bad”
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin today inspected the worst affected districts of Erode, Tiruppur and Coimbatore. Chief Minister MK Stalin, who arrived in Coimbatore after completing his inspection in Erode and Tirupur districts, inspected the Coimbatore ESI Hospital.

He then started flagged of 50 car ambulances to bring patients to the hospital.

Later, Chief Minister MK Stalin, who asked the doctors about the treatment and bed facilities provided at the ESI Hospital, inspected the coronavirus treatment units in person wearing a protective PPE kit.
Following this, a consultation meeting was held at the Coimbatore District Collector's Office at 5 pm under the leadership of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin with 5 District Collectors on covid-19 preventive action. Following this, when the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin spoke at the press conference,

"Our first task is to protect Tamil Nadu. An all-party meeting was called and the curfew has been imposed. We will not allow the Megathaathu dam to be built for any reason. Rural monitoring committees have been set up for this purpose. Facilities have been made for the treatment of coronavirus patients.
Treatment centers have been set up at various places including CODISSIA, Agricultural University and Bharathiar University. Srinivasa Kalyana Mandapam has set up a covid medical treatment center in Kodaikanal.
The highest number of vaccinations has been administered in the last 10 days. So far 5,85,713 people have been vaccinated in Coimbatore. 1,51,061 people have been vaccinated since the new government was formed.
Bed shortage has been created everywhere including Coimbatore. Some say this government ignored Coimbatore. I don’t want to answer them politically. They need to look at the infrastructure that this government has created. Coimbatore has the highest number of vaccinations after Chennai.
