Coimbatore: After a long break Kovai Pazhamudir Nilayam was allowed to start their services through door delivery for customers in Coimbatore.
We had carried a news yesterday to alert customers about this. Since quite a few customers had commented that they didn’t get a response from the numbers, we enquired with the management of Kovai Pazhamudir Nilayam and this is what they had to say.
Senthil Natarajan, MD of Kovai Pazhamudir Nilayam speaking to SimpliCity said, “Since our announcement on SimpliCity yesterday, we had tremendous amount of orders coming through. We already have 5X the orders more than our daily capacity and will take 24-48 hours to process them fully. We have deployed our full resources behind this and we request our customers to patiently understand this situation as we get to their orders. We will respond and serve all the customers who contacted us through our WhatsApp numbers within one or two days.”
Thus customers are requested to wait until this order clogging is sorted out.
