Kurichi Prabhakaran grants necessary additional facilities for Madukkarai Government Hospital
Coimbatore: Kurichi Prabhakaran inspected the Madukkarai Government Hospital in the Kinathukadavu constituency of Coimbatore and consulted with Dr. Kannan Maharaj about the facilities required for treating Covid-19 patients.
When Kurichi Prabhakaran became aware of the need for a central oxygen system, oxygen cylinders, electric fan, hot water facility and the need for more beds, he immediately urged the District Collector and the Minister of Health to provide a central oxygen facility following which, a central oxygen facility was immediately set up.

Auditor Rajesh, Auditor Subashini, Rotary Club of Coimbatore Metropolis member Eltech-Cell Satheesh and Coimbatore GD School alumni presented 12 electric fans, 20 electric lights, 5 Jaguar water heaters which were all handed over to Dr. Kannan Maharaj on Thursday. Dr. Kannan Maharaj thanked Kurichi Prabhakaran on behalf of the medical team and the Health Department.
