Coimbatore: Minister Sakkarapani inaugurated a Coronavirus Treatment Center at Akshaya Engineering College in Kinathukadavu, in Coimbatore District.
With the pandemic sweeping across Coimbatore district with every passing day, the number of infected cases is also on the rise. Hence, the Government of Tamil Nadu has set up Coronavirus Treatment Centers at various places in Coimbatore district. As part of this, a Coronavirus Treatment Center with 100-bed facility has been set up at Akshaya Engineering College in Kinnathukadavu area and a 30-bed facility has been set up at Nallatipalayam Primary Health Center.
Further, the team of ministers who inspected the Coronavirus Treatment Centres urged the doctors to provide quality treatment to all patients as per the order of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M K Stalin.
The event was attended by Pollachi MP Shanmuga Sundar, Coimbatore East District DMK General Committee member Kurichi Prabhakaran and other Government officials.
