DMK Ministers to meet industrialists in Coimbatore tomorrow

Food and Civil Supplies Minister, R Sakkarapani and Forests Minister K Ramachandran are scheduled to conduct their inspection in Coimbatore to help industrialists tide through the Covid-19 crisis.


Coimbatore: Since the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic has been on the rise in Coimbatore, Chief Minister M K Stalin has assigned two state ministers to oversee Covid-19 tasks in Coimbatore.

Food and Civil Supplies Minister, R Sakkarapani and Forests Minister K Ramachandran are scheduled to conduct their research and inspection in Coimbatore on Thursday.

As part of the schedule, a meeting with industrialists will be held at 11 am in the Co-India Complex in Avarampalayam, Coimbatore. During this meeting, a discussion about Covid-19 prevention strategy for industrialists and looking into requests from their side are on the agenda. The meeting is expected to provide hope to the industrialist fraternity n Coimbatore.
