Coimbatore: Students from Sudan stay at a mansion in Eshwar Nagar near Pothanur, Coimbatore and study at various colleges in the city.
A crowd gathered at a grocery store in Pothanur on Saturday eveningas the curfew was declared on Sunday.
At that time the Sudanese teenagers staying at the mansion crowded to buy supplies. Ishant 19, a teenager from Kona Vaikkal area was also present in the crowd. Kishanth then clashed with a Sudanese student. This led to an argument.
The fight continued although they did not understand the language. Kishanth then informed his friends about this. A total of 11 members arrived at the scene on a motorcycle and went to the room where the Sudanese youth was staying.
