Coimbatore: Corporation Coimbatore has been carrying out various preventive measures to contain Covid-19. Following this, todayon(26.04.2021) vaccination was given to Shakti Sugar office members in the Racecourse area under the Central Zone.
Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian inspected the vaccination drive and also inspected the special Covid-19 camp which was set-up near the Press Club in Uppilipalayam area to conduct tests for journalists.
Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian demandedthe public to wash their hands with soap, wepar mask, maintain social distancing and urged the family members to have a medical examination immediately if they have any symptoms of coronavirus.
During the inspection, Corporation Assistant Municipal Officer Maru Vasanth Divakar, Sakthi Sugar Group Chairman Manikkam, Manager, Mahendran, Zonal Health Officer Radhakrishnan, journalists and nurses were present.
