As the impact of COVID-19 second wave in Tamil Nadu is increasing, the Tamil Nadu government is taking various measures to control the spread by imposing a full-day lockdown on Sundays and night curfews from 10 pm to 4 am on other days.
Following this, there will be a complete curfew in the Valparai area of the Coimbatore district tomorrow.

Municipal Administrative Health Officer Rajendran, along with the revenue department officials were seen creating awareness about face mask and imposed a fine of Rs. 200 on those who did not wear a face mask. They also engaged in a campaign.
